How I Try to Stay Positive

  1. Focus on the good things in your life. This can be done by practicing gratitude. Being thankful for everything. Like having a warm bed to lay your head at night. Waking up in the morning. Being able to experience all kinds of yummy foods daily. Even if you have a negative situation in your life you must find the positive optimistic viewpoint. I believe in you. <3

  2. Keeping a gratitude journal. This can be a daily exercise to start the day off bright and thankful. You can find tons of righting prompts online or just do your own thang baby!

  3. Start your day on a positive note. I know it can be hard not to check your phone first thing in the morning, but try giving yourself time to wake up with your thoughts instead. Doing skincare, drinking lemon water, journaling, stretching, or just reflecting to yourself for the first 10 minutes in the morning will help your day start off positive.

  4. Speak kindly to yourselves. Inside your mind and out loud. :) Practice self positive mantras. That voice in your head can be your best friend.

  5. Mindfully move throughout your day. Be conscious. Be present. Be in the moment. This is why I love practicing mediation. Living life presently can help demising negative thoughts from the future or past.

Theses are my top five ways I have been leading a more positive life. Not everyday is easy, but we cannot give up. :) I started with talking nicely to myself, like a close friend. Honestly and lovingly. Thanks for reading. Have a blessed day.
