Nice cream is a frozen dessert, similar to ice cream, but without the eggs or dairy! Nice cream has a frozen fruit as the base which is most commonly banana. So basically nice cream, it a nice healthier ice cream! As the warmer months approach, us this is the perfect snack!
My classic nice cream recipe usually includes chocolate or peanut butter or chocolate peanut butter. They are just the best combo ever!!

Ingredients:
2 bananas, peeled and frozen
½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp oatmilk (or nondairy milk of your choice)
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. You can eat it this way or freeze it to enjoy later. xx lex
