Vegan Buffalo “Chicken” Dip

Vegan Buffalo “Chicken” Dip Recipe (Jackfruit Buffalo Dip)

Okay I’m gonna be straight up with y’all like I always am. This dish BLEW us away!! Only 5 ingredients and absolutely perfect for game day!


Ingredients:

20oz can jackfruit in water or brine, drained

8 oz vegan cream cheese (used KiteHill)

1 cup vegan cheddar cheese (we used Follow your Heart)

1/2 cup hot sauce

1/2 cup vegan ranch (we used Daiya)


Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°f

2. Drain and deseed the jackfruit. Then use a fork to tear apart.

3. Add jackfruit, cream cheeze, shredded cheeze, ranch, and hot sauce to bowl. Mix up and put into a deep oven safe dish.

4. Cook for 30-35 minutes and enjoy!!
